BREAKING: KTRU Meeting 7pm at Sammy’s in the Rice Memorial Center (RMC)

There will be a KTRU Emergency meeting in SAMMY’S in the RMC at 7PM tonight. FOX, ABC, and CBS will be there. The public is welcome.

This is a great opportunity to show your concern in a civil, sincere manner.

    where and what is the rmc? the rice memorial center on that map?

    I’ve received confirmation that there will be media there hoping to talk to alumni planning to withhold donations

    Dear Dr. Leebron, Dr. Kirby, and Dr. Hutchinson,

    As a Rice alumnus, I will not provide financial support to the university under an administration that shows complete disregard for the students by selling out a critical component of the Rice student experience without ANY consultation or communication at all.

    For the first time since I graduated in 1987, I am truly disappointed in Rice University.

    If this deal goes through, understand that it is likely to define President Leebron’s legacy to a substantial number of alumni.
